"BLACK WEEK 2025" Promotion Terms and Conditions

§ 1. General Provisions

  1. The Organizer of the "BLACK WEEK 2025" promotion (hereinafter: "Promotion") is the owner of the online store bimarco.com (entity details in accordance with the Legal Notice).

  2. The Promotion is valid in the online store at bimarco.com.

  3. Promotion Period: from November 24, 2025, to November 30, 2025 (inclusive) or while stocks last.

  4. These Terms and Conditions supplement the Shop Regulations. In matters not covered by this document, the general rules of the shop apply.

§ 2. Rules of Promotion and Discount Codes

  1. The Promotion involves granting the Participant a percentage discount on products in the shopping cart, provided that the appropriate discount code is entered and the purchasing conditions are met.

  2. Available discount codes and conditions for their use:

    • BW2510P – 10% Discount on products in the cart.

      • Condition: Purchase of at least one (1) Bimarco bucket seat.

    • BW2515P – 15% Discount on products in the cart.

      • Condition: Purchase of at least one (1) Bimarco bucket seat AND at least one (1) accessory.

    • BW2520P – 20% Discount on products in the cart.

      • Condition: Purchase of at least two (2) Bimarco seats.

  3. Discounts are calculated on the current gross product prices.

§ 3. Limitations and Exclusions

  1. Discount codes cannot be combined with each other or with other promotions, unless the regulations of a specific promotion state otherwise.

  2. The Promotion does not apply to products that were discounted prior to the start of the Promotion period (clearance or outlet products).

  3. Discounts resulting from the Promotion do not cover shipping costs. Delivery costs are borne by the buyer in accordance with the price list applicable in the store.

§ 4. Returns and Complaints

  1. The Participant has the right to return goods in accordance with the general Return Policy applicable at bimarco.com.

  2. In the event of a partial return of an order (e.g., return of one of the products required to obtain the discount), the Organizer reserves the right to recalculate the order value without the granted discount if, after the return, the Promotion conditions (specified in § 2 point 2) are no longer met.

§ 5. Final Provisions

  1. Participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  2. Any complaints regarding the course of the Promotion may be submitted in accordance with the procedure described in the Shop Regulations.
